Eric Pearson is elected to serve as a council member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Law Section

Pearson Koutcher Law congratulates managing partner, Eric Pearson, on being elected to serve as a council member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA’s) Workers’ Compensation Law Section. As one of PBA’s most active sections, Eric looks forward to serving in this position.Eric’s yearly term began at the close of the PBA House of Delegate’s meeting on May 17, 2019. As a council member, Eric will play an integral part in bringing together for an interchange of ideas, for an awareness of legislative change and appellate court interpretation and for mutual advantage, those members of the Pennsylvania Bar Association who are interested in the improvement, development and working of the law, both substantive and procedural, relating to workers’ compensation.

Eric’s involvement with the Pennsylvania Bar Association is a perfect complement to his participation in the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section where he serves as Treasurer. He is proud and excited to be part of a group that advocates to ensure that the interests of injured workers, employers and the lawyer community are protected fairly in the regulatory, legislative and administrative processes.
