Laura M Brooke practices workers’ comp in Pennsylvania while heading up the New Jersey workers’ compensation practice at Pearson Koutcher.
With over 20 years’ experience representing those injured at work, Laura’s work-related injury clients on both sides of the bridge appreciate her tenacity, dedication, and honesty. She’s a nurturing and passionate advocate, treating everyone as she would want her own family members treated. Laura describes herself as an “all in” person, and her loyal job injury clients undoubtedly would agree. They know that they can text or call her day or night, and she has an outstanding track record both in the courtroom and in obtaining favorable injured worker settlements.
Laura’s advocacy doesn’t end with her work injury clients. She and her husband have fostered over 100 dogs through Home at Last Dog Rescue, and have their own smorgasbord of dogs—six of various sizes and breeds. Their three children help with the pets in the house and are involved in a bevy of sports.
Laura earned her BA in Political Science and English, Magna Cum Laude, from the College of New Jersey, and is a 1996 graduate of The Dickinson School of Law. She served as Law Clerk to the Honorable E. Benn Micheletti JSC in Monmouth County, New Jersey. She is admitted to both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
Laura was made Partner in June 2021.
